Yerllow, Breguet and Luminous

A very fine and rare 18k yellow gold ref. 438 with Breguet indexes and luminous indexes and hands.
The dial is an original untouched one, and the case is also in very good condition.
An aftermarket 14K bracelet is included, but it is long (approximately 19cm including the watch), and the buckle is an original from the same period.
