A fine and rare stainless steel self-winding wristwatch ref.3466.
With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of this watch with silvered dial and applied goud hour markers in 1965 and its subsequent sale on March 29th, 1965.
The case is unplished.
There are round shaped scratch on the upper half of sub second circle. It'd most likely the scratch of the second hand.
