A very fine and rare 18k white gold self-winding wristwatch ref.3429.
With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of this watch in 1962 and its subsequent sale on April 9th, 1962.
This watch is believed to be one of only around 20 examples of a reference 3429 in white gold know from the market.
Ref.3429 replaced ref.3415 and was in production from 1960 to 1969, the majority cased in yellow gold, few examples in white gold and only a few known so far in platinum.
