A very fine and rare 18k rose gold rectangle manual-winding wristwatch ref.1588 with pink matt dial so-called "Monochrome pink".
With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of this watch with raised gold indexes in 1951 and its subsequent sale on June 4th, 1952.
Ref.1588 was launched in 1944 and was made for approx. 10 years. For this 10 years not much more than 200 pieces were made in total.
