A very fine and very rare 18k rose gold manual-winding wristwatch ref.1578 with seep center ssecond and breguet numerals.
With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of this watch with raised gold indexes in 1952 and its subsequent sale on October 29th, 1952.
It is rare to find ref.1578 with breguet numerals. As far as I knnow this is the first example of this configuration from the market.
